Between December 2024 and April 2025 I worked as a backend developer for ProCoach L.L.C-FZ, trading as Crescita, of Meydan Free Zone, Dubai — a company managed by Corbin Harrison Wheate. USD $4,300 of my agreed pay is outstanding. This page is the record.

- A Contract Agreement acknowledging USD $4,800 was issued and signed. It makes payment due within 48 hours of the company raising the full amount of its pre-seed round.
- USD $500 was paid against the balance via an Upwork direct contract. Both parties confirmed the remaining figure of USD $4,300 on 10 July 2025.
- A bank transfer was initiated and returned. The stated reason was that the account details did not match. Three alternative payment routes were offered and none was completed.
- I was told the business would be closed and that the original amount could not be paid. I submitted a small-claims application on 5 December 2025.
- Since this date my messages have not been delivered. A final message on 31 January 2026 received no reply.
- USD $4,300 remains unpaid.

The stated reasons are that the Google account was temporarily suspended for non-payment of the subscription, and that the AWS and GitHub accounts were closed because the product was being rebuilt on a different tech stack.

I re-verify the details with my bank, confirm them correct, note that an intermediary bank is required for transfers to the UAE, and offer two alternatives: an Upwork direct contract, or collection in cash in the UAE. No payment follows.

The agreement is made between Crescita/Proach LLC-FZ, the spelling used in that document, and David Piliposyan. It acknowledges a debt of USD $4,800 owed by ProCoach L.L.C-FZ for development services provided to the company.
Corbin Wheate signed the agreement on the company's behalf, as Co-Founder.
The payment condition, quoted in full
The Company agrees to pay the outstanding amount in full once the Company has successfully raised the full amount of its pre-seed funding round, within 48 hours of the funds clearing.

Context
ProCoach L.L.C-FZ is a limited liability company registered in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under licence 2418059.01, issued 19 April 2024 with a stated expiry of 18 April 2026. Its registered activities are web portals, software trading, and marketing management. It traded the product Crescita.
I worked as a backend developer, remotely from Yerevan, Armenia, on the backend and the Stripe payment integration. The licence records one manager, Corbin Harrison Wheate. One of two co-founders departed in June 2025.
On 1 December 2025 I was told the business would be closed. The signed agreement is governed by the law of Meydan Freezone, Dubai.
Routes attempted
An Armenian bank account with an intermediary bank; a Georgian bank account; Payoneer, twice, including a direct payment link; an Upwork direct contract, several times, of which one succeeded for USD $500; and collection in cash in the UAE.
The DIFC Small Claims Tribunal does not apply, the company being registered in Meydan Free Zone rather than the DIFC. MOHRE does not apply. Private counsel advised that the cost of recovery would exceed the amount at issue.
